Our thermophore is filled with cherry pits, a time-tested method for temperature absorption. Whether heated or cooled, this thermophore will hold its temperature for an extended period. This is a versatile home essential – perfect for everyday use, and especially handy during certain situations.

As a heated thermophore, it offers relief from newborn colics, stomachaches in infants and children, breast milk congestion, menstrual and rheumatic pain. When applied to tense neck or shoulder muscles, it will help to ease tension. During the cold months, it will keep your hands or feet warm and cozy.

As a cooled thermophore, it is effective in situations such as overabundant breast milk or blocked milk ducts, bruises, dislocations, high temperatures, or swollen legs. In a gentle and pleasant way, it will cool and alleviate pain. A cold thermophore can also be applied to insect bites to soothe itching.

Here are simple instructions on how to heat or cool your cherry pit thermophore:

HEATING:

1. Place the thermophore on a radiator and leave it there until you consider it sufficiently warmed. During the summer, you can warm it in the sun.
2. Preheat your oven to 100°C. Place the cherry pit insert in a clean, heat-resistant dish or tray and warm for 15-20 minutes. After removal from the oven, fit your chosen cover.

COOLING:

1. Place the cherry pit thermophore into a clean bag, taking care not to dampen the thermophore. Put it in the freezer and take it out when needed. Remove the thermophore from the bag and it’s ready to use.
